I have three nieces and nephews: Lily, Thomas, and Robert. While I adore the rest of my family, these three are the shining gems of the bunch. Lily is in second grade and loves her American Girl Dolls. Thomas is in preschool and you better not touch his airplanes. Robert is only 2 years old, but he has an infectious smile. Thanks to them, I have a new appreciation for many things in life.
AUSTIN, TEXASAustin has so many things to offer, which I have discovered over seven years living here. While Austin has a reputation for being weird, it is also beautiful and friendly. My favorite things are UT, Lake Austin, The Drag, and Amy's Ice Cream. 
PHOTOGRAPHYPhotography is also an integral hobby in my life. I started off photographing still life and my friends in my spare time, but now I also am the photographer for my honor society. I feel like my camera never does exactly what I want it to do, which often results in my favorite, spontaneous shots. I have also experimented taking photos with film cameras and developing my own film in a darkroom.
